I thought the same thing. I have a 19 year old son and the typing, punctuation, spelling, and use of sentence structure is very similar. We can thank "texting" for this.

Poor grammar really irks me so I often ignore questions/comments written that way. I do realize not everyone uses a full keyboard but jeeze, have a little respect for your readers. Invariably though, when I do reply, my only spell checker (my brain) fails me!
