here in california its $25 for the background check and a 10 day waiting period on long guns and pistols. |

When I used to live in Arizona back in the 90's I never had to wait!! also this is the first hangun that I bought in years and I didnt know now you have to fill out two forms! before you had just 1. Also I had to pay 13 for my background check. |

In Florida it's $5 for the background check, and there's only a waiting period on handguns, which is 3 days. However, if you have a CWP, the waiting period is waived, which is nice.

No CCW then they call it in. It's either good or hold. But either way no wait period. Kinda scary. No wonder everyone is getting shot up. To easy to get a gun.

I know of several women in the Peoples Republik of Kalifornia That did not live long enough to complete their purchase because of the long waiting period. If buying a handgun in WI then its one form for feds and one for the state = two forms.
Only one form on a long gun or an other (e.g. stripped lower). |

I use to own this gun years ago it's fun to shoot! very mild recoil and it's CHEAP to reload also!. |
