Default Am I Wrong

First off im a glock lover by far, but i think i caught a 1911 bug for real. I want one so bad now AM I WRONG!!. I feel every pistol owner should have a 1911 in there collection somewhere. What do you think ?. This is coming from a person who only own glocks right now i have 3. But im not gonna be the guy who only buy glocks. I need a 1911 and i want to add a Sig 229 in the mix as well. AM I WRONG FOLKS..

I don't think anyone who wants to add a 1911 to their collection is wrong. It's 100 plus years of traditional and excellence. How can you argue with proven history?

There is nothing saying you can't own and love both.

And I have a sig 229 as well, it was my first pistol I bought myself, and love it - but it is a SHTF hand out now as I just feel more comfortable with the big 1911 on my belt.

BE WARNED - Once a 1911 makes it's way into the safe, they invite friends over and start taking over.

Unless you get an abused one, you can't go wrong with a 1911. I love all of my handguns for different reasons. Reliability of my glock, trigger of my xdm, power of my 1911, size of my pf9. But 1911s are like chips, cant have just one!

If God only wanted us to have one kind of gun there wouldn't be so many choices!

It just shows that you are broadening your interests in firearms. Both Glocks and 1911s are very important in the ever changing world of firearms.

As a well rounded collector it's nice to have examples of different types of guns.

I like 1911s, Glocks, Berettas, Smith & Wesson, CZ, Ruger, and other firearms that have been significant. I do have my preferences but nothing wrong with checking other designs out. How we would you really be able to say why you prefer one over another unless you tried other guns.

Liberals are constantly telling us about the poor and oppressed in this country. With that in mind, why do they feel the need to keep importing poor people from other countries?

In my opinion no collection is complete without a 1911 and a 6" 357mag revolver.

My 1911 will be my Ruger SR1911, but for now I have my Glock 35 and many other guns! I do think everybody does need to have a 1911 in their collection.
