DefaultAiming Off

Just got my new Glock (G17/9MM) signed out from the armoury and went to the range to do my grouping pratice, and have found that my grouping is consistantly high and left. Using a Figure 11 target at 30mtrs I have to aim at the right knee to bring the rds to centre mass. This seems a bit excessive to me, has anyone else had this type of problem.
