40 or 10mm

Again I am undecided Do I go for a new glock 22 or step up to the magnum power of the 10. I already own a first gen glock 21 in 45 acp which I love and can shoot like a bastard just looking for a new toy.

I'd go for the 10mm 20... (The .40 is also known as "the 10 mm short".)

I'd also be considering the EAA Witness 10mm for a little variety... The Glock 20 is SO similar to what you already have (G21)!...

Get the 10!

Definitely the 10

But I hope you reload, or you will need a second job to feed it.

Find someone that has a 10mm that you can squeeze off a few rounds. A range might rent one. It's not for everyone. But those that like the really like them. I personally love the round. But it can be a bit snappy.

If it were me...I would just get both!!! If it has to be one at a time, then I would start with the 10mm

Yes, definitely handle both frames and shoot both calibers. I like the 10mm but if you want CCW the 40 makes more sense. Myself, I went with the G22 and G23.

G20

Go with the 10MM! You will never regret it! Plus you can just buy a conversion barrel for it like I did for mine, and shoot .40 when you wanna save money on ammo!

I'd get the .40 and put in a 38 Super barrel if you want "magnum power".

Olympus 10-20-2011 12:34 PM

.38 Super would still not be able to reach the ballistics of a 10mm.
