Idk about that. The Shield is one of the most popular and desired handguns on the market today, I have a 20 man waiting list on the 9mm alone. It would be exciting tho.

If Glock did that, I would sell my M&P or mothball that sucker. Lack of safety is the only thing that makes my G19 a nightstand gun versus an everyday carry gun.

Don't want to rehash that old discussion. I think that Glock is missing a huge opportunity by not doing this. The Shield has many desired bells & whistles, and the safety is one of them.
