Default 1st post here! help me out?

Hey guys first post here on the Glock Talk. I am trying to find out some information about hard chrome plating a glock slide. Myself and my father in law originally wanted stainless steel, but everything I have read elsewhere says that it is better to go with the hard chrome rather than a stainless from somewhere like Caspian Arms becasue you can stay with the factory slide. Now if anyone has any input on this could you also help me out with a known company that specializes in plating firearms.

Kyle

Might also check with Robar of Phoenix. They do an Electroless nickel finish they claim is tougher than hard chrome. Pretty hard to beat those guys...

I have seen some of there slides that they electorless plated in a magazine or on a forum, just do not remember where. They have good reviews and decent pricing. When, well if you have it done please post some pictures, would love to see it.
