Default US Training Center Midwest

Does anyone have any experience with US Training Center? I live about an hour from their Midwest location. I'm looking for a location to improve handgun skills and prepare for Iowa's new CCW law when it goes into effect next January.

Honestly, their association with Blackwater makes me wonder if it's civilian friendly or focuses primarily on operators and professionals.

I have no dealings with anything related to Blackwater myself, but that is just me. It does not mean they are bad at training.
