Calif. Citizens' Academy puts civilians in the OIS hot seat

This reminds me of when my chief let the local Neighborhood Watch group participate in our last FATS training. Every single one came out with a completely different view on just how fast a seemingly "friendly" contact can turn into a shooting situation. They've also been educating others in the community.
