My hands are less than steady. I can hold my hands out right now and watch them shake. It doesn't seem to have much effect with my pistol work but I can tell with my rifles. It usually becomes a guessing game as I try to anticipate the flinching and squeeze as the target is passed over by the sights. My groups are not MOA but will all be in a 3 MOA range.
I have yet to find a way to make myself more steady. It does save me money because I do not pay more for super accurate rifles that will out shoot me!

Lol I am not shooting a snubby 1000 yards. I will try the breathing and also the caffeine just for kicks next time I go out. Thanks for the help.
