I have gone to the last two outbreaks and it is a lot of fun. This last year they set up at a much bigger venue and they let up on some of the rules. It is a fun shoot so there is no competition or anything. It's wall to proverbial wall of camo and assault rifles. There are a lot of different courses to go through with plenty of chances to burn through your ammo stock. If you have the chance to go I suggest doing it. If you have tac gear (camo, tac vest, etc.) bring it, that is all part of the fun.
