Default Man "Accidently" shoots himself

According to the Pensacola News Journal today, a 21 year old man was showing his 9mm handgun to friends.
For some unknown reason, he removed the mag, and pointed the handgun to his head and pulled the trigger (forgetting that there was a round in the chamber and the handgun would shoot with the mag removed.)

He broke his jaw in two places and has possible hearing loss from the loud report near his ear.

IMO, some people should not have guns.

No accident there, just gross negligence and stupidity

This is the kind of stupid that makes California require mag disconnects.

I can't believe he missed a fatal wound that range.
I guess he needs some practice!

I'm certain were missing an important piece of common sense legislation that would have prevented this terribly accident...

Can we pass a law against stupidity?

TACK

Go ahead and pass that law. It'll be difficult to enforce.
