Christian ministries down the road has some but I don't want to know what it costs to ship them. They're really heavy. If you find one under $50 you better jump on it.

My mother in law was shopping for one for a while which is how I know this.

See, there is an economical solution. I was gonna suggest the Real Doll, but I hear she is a tad pricey.

Benny could sell you a few of his "USED" ones cheap.

Well the OP never did say what kind of training he needed it for.

Try this. Don't know if you'll get the right effect as they will most likely shatter when you shoot them. Ballistic gel formed to represent a torso would be more realistic but a lot of work to mix and mold.

Try a store that is going out of business or your local "used junk" dealer.

Ok. Im gonna start running indoor pistol matches on my local community and possibly 3 gun matches on a monthly basis. I want mannequins for a more realistic scenarios. Not to be shot at but for victim simulation. I want to incorporate defensive shooting and first responder emergency rescue for civilians. Just basic stuff. I want to encourage my community to seek knowledge and to learn other things other than shooting a gun. Targets will be standard IDPA.
