I saw an ad for a new S&W pistol that has a stepped rear sight designed to rack the slide by hooking on a belt or other object.

I have often seen them refered to as "Charger" sights, and I have seen them offered on some factory guns and also as aftermarket sights.

I've seen guys on Versus use them, seems like a good concept. Especially if you've taken injuries and can only use one arm.
