Look on the NRA website Personal Defense in the home. Good course.

The NRA course is better than nothing, but they do not teach you the proper way to survive a 'close encounter of the worst kind'!!!:( There course is a good safety and 'marksmanship' course, but not a true self defense course. But if that is all that is available there go for it.:)

You can find business cards and postings for things of this sort at most ranges around town. Where are you located in PA? I'm in the South Hills of Stiller-Nation.

Just like anything else, it is as good as the instructor.
