I quit coffee a year ago in favor of green tea (coffee= caffeine+no health benefits, green tea= no caffeine+several health benefits) and my shooting has improved noticeably. Never did drink soda pop, or any high sugar drinks.
You won't know until you try it- so what is stopping you?

Pop, soda or some call it coke. depends on where your from.  Folks kinda looked at me funny when I said, I want a pop. First I thought it was my big nose, but realized it was because of what I had called soda. I mean coke.

Or in some places they call it colddrink. Yeah that was an interesting conversation.
But anyway. Just try going without for a while.
Ill have a cup in the morning, and occasionally a soda when Im at work. But if I have any more than that and I get jittery.
