Many police training facilities allow for realistic airsoft handguns to be used in training. Many gun manufacturers like Beretta make airsoft handguns for police to train with, that are almost exact 1: to 1: clones to real guns, except they throw a much quieter, cleaner 6mm plastic round BB at the target.

Do any states allow the use of Airsoft Handguns for the range requirements of their concealed carry classes to become certified for concealed carry?

Generally speaking there is either no shooting required or you have to qualify with the caliber you will carry.
Most classes you are not allowed to bring a firearm or ammo. They are provided if/when the time to shoot comes.
I don't need No stinking signature.

They just as well let them in Florida. A local pawn shop that provides CCW classes has their students fire two, .22 short rounds, point-blank, into a barrel filled with sand, in the back room of the shop, to fulfill the shooting portion of the class. This class is taught within sight of the capital building and is technically legal.

I also teach the class, and when my students leave the range, they are worn out. They learn enough to know that a pistol is not a magic weapon that is simply point, click and kill, and have, at least, been exposed to proper shooting techniques.
