Default Period Winchester stock finish

What would be something that I could use duplicate the wood finish on the older earlier Winchesters?

depending on what older finish ur talking about im interested in this as well. 1933-1935 winchester model 67 .22 bolt gun is my curiosity.

Default Winchester finishes

I was thinking more along the lines of the late 1800s-early 1900 finishes.

Most of wood finish of that time would have been oil rubbed finish I believe.
