Default Has anyone cerakoted their firearms lately?

I dont like the bluing or whatever finish that came on my mossberg 500. Im thinking about taking it to get cerakoted as well as my glock , but i dont know what colors to get or any ideas! if you've cerakoted somthing show it off! Lets see what ya got!

Im considering having one of my 1911s done, still in debate on the colors. Lol. That A1 does look nice, is that just dark earth and black?

I have wanted to get my AR coated in a nice camo pattern and the silencer as well. Then I saw the amount of work and money involved as well as the turn around and decided against it.
Nice work though. I like to see what others have done.

Yes sir. It is much much nicer now! 10 years of wear on the factory parkerizing made it look like it came back from WWII. The smith that did the refinishing did a trigger job, beaver tail grip safety, hammer and extended safety at the same time. It's like a whole new gun now.

Im thinking of going with a burnt charcoal gray on my RIA Tactical, with black or SS controls. The factory parkerizing isnt very durable, but it handles and shoots great.
