Let me state the Bear's trigger jobs are worth every penny. You'll be delighted with your trigger when he's done with it.

I had the pleasure of Shooting that 10/22 and believe me that is THE sweetest shooting 10/22, I have had the pleasure to shoot. You'd be doing yourself a great displeasure if you don't get your trigger group to Bear for his personal touch. Don't delay, get it done and you will be all the more happier with your 10/22.

Bear, I really like what I'm reading about your Trigger mods.

After a lot of reading about the Ruger 10-22, I bought the Stainless and matched it to a Bushnell Banner Dusk to Dawn 3-9 x40 Scope.

After 100 rounds, thinking it would get better or I would get used to it, I've come to hate the feel of the 10-22 Trigger action. Heavy and inconsistant feel.

I was thinking of buying the Ruger "Target Trigger" Housing, then I did a web search on the topic, "Ruger 10-22 Trigger" and this thread is the Best solution I found.

This is everything I wanted to hear.

I'm going to put another 50 rounds through it tomorrow and if it doesn't feel any better, I'm sending you a PM.

Thanks.

OK, Neil the Trigger is on the way. Just sent it USPS and they said it should arrive Thursday. I am really looking forward to having this mod to my squirrel gitter. They won't stand a chance now.

I will never part with my 10/22. The Bear trigger job alone makes it a keeper. I looked at the Volquartsen trigger mods and chose Bear's work instead. It cost less than half of the VQ trigger and I couldn't be happier with the quality or the price.

Thanks again Neil.

Gratuitous 10/22 pic:
