I ordered one of the H43 (includes microphone) headsets with the gel seals late yesterday afternoon. Andy had it at my house this afternoon (from San Luis Obispo to Stockton). The new model cord to allow speech via my iPhone will arrive once the bugs are ironed out.

I ordered a H-40 set as well yesterday and they arrived this morning. Played with them this afternoon and they cut the sound just were they say they will (26db) seem to work great.

No pics, but I spent about three hours wearing mine in the gun room today.

Tumbling .40 S&W's in the tumbler and the air compressor running off and on, and I was jammin' with my iPod turned down fairly low. Couldn't hear the noisemakers over the music, but heard the door bell ring. Didn't have the a/c on, but the headset and gel seals weren't excessively warm/sweaty, and remained comfortable the whole time. Looking forward to getting the new cable so I can yak on my iPhone, too.
