Default enhance or repair your gun sights with Glow-On

Here is a small tutorial using both the Glow-On Super Phosphorescent paint and the self adhesive.

Please notice I added the super glue gel notice:

Generally is not necessary, but if your weapon sees a lot of action you might need it.
Super glue gel will give you a few extra seconds to set the self adhesive.
Do it at your own risk, super glue can be messy.
Still one should use transparent nail polish to keep it allows for an easy cleaning and protects.

Default Glow-On: Enhance what you already have

Today we want to outline the fact that Glow-On is a useful aid in 3 very important aspects of self defense:

1.- Logistically, it allows you to find your firearm and your led tactical light fast, in fact with the help of your peripheral night vision.

2.- A quick sweep of your tactical light over the sights will have them glowing very brightly in no time and ready to use. Yes I said a quick sweep, we don't need minutes or hours like someone might have suggested!

3.- In combination with a tactical light Glow-On is a powerful aid. The use of this technique is a safe option to gun mounted lamps which force the user to sweep the weapon over unintended targets

Like everything else, practice makes perfect. And of course there are several ways to use the tactical light. Local ranges offer courses so get some info, you owe it to yourself.

Glow-On is an enhancer, so if one is going to get an alarm and a dog, several weapons, different calibers, etc. night vision and lasers:

What harm will it do to spend a few bucks to enhance what we already have?

Default Gun sight paint, plus.

Here is a logic sequence of the Glow-On application:
A small self adhesive patch applied to the underside of the weapon, plus a strip around a tactical light to find them easily in the dark, to avoid confusion in the case of emergency.
Of course the Glow-On paint applied to the gun sights.

A quick boost to the gun sights, barely a couple of seconds, are needed.

We recommend attendance to a local range to be assisted on the use of a firearm along with a tactical light, there are several methods.
Training by a NRA instructor is important.

This is not meant to be an instructional sheet, it merely shows the efficiency of glow-on as visual aid lining up a shot with a firearm.

We cannot stress enough the importance of real training, by a professional instructor.

Default Which pistol will I grab?

Here are three pistols, two of them have a strip of Glow-On Self Adhesive on the underside of the magazine.

In case of an emergency, which gun are we more likely to grab?
Obviously , in the dark we are more tan likely to catch what we can see.

By the way, just in case anyone is wondering if the Glow-On will be glowing after six hours, if you wake up early in the morning, this is what you'll see:

Not the same glow intensity that we saw in the beginning, but it is for sure enough to go for it.

Default Glow-On or just plain white dot sights.

One can argue whether our product is good or not, but what is hard to argue is the fact that having Glow-On Super Phosphorescent beats the heck out of having just plain white dots or nothing on your sights.

Over that is the hard fact, one can customize the gun sights to ones taste, here a few suggestions:

Default Small tutorial

Something cool to do with Glow-On:
You need a small flashlight and a little Glow-On paint.

All you do is apply the paint around the front lens of your lamp and wait for it to dry.
Here are some pictures of the finished job and the effect:

Here with the light on:

Here when the light is off:

One more thing to help you find the lamp in the dark in a jiffy, if you are camping out there and the lamp falls, just in case.

I remember one time I dropped a friends cool lighter over a grassy patch in the dark and we never found it, he still pesters me about it.

So one could say, you can use Glow-On paint to keep your silly friends from loosing your stuff.

Default Large vial equals four small ones

A couple of additions to our shopping cart.

First, for the guys for which bigger is better the larger vial is on the menu already,

As of lately we've received so many requests who want a bigger size, so here it is.

Second, we've automated the manufacture of the Glow-On self adhesive, it is better now, it has a longer afterglow and we are able to offer a better price so we've more than double the amount on the option with self adhesive.

So now one has more to play with, how about that.

So please visit glow-on.com and check it out
