checking out the KIES lower...does a "pistol" stamp restrict me in any way in what I use the lower for? All the Multi-Cal stamped lowers appear to be sold.

We are sold out of the Billet "MULTI" STRIPPED lowers. We do have them with the LPK installed and in complete configurations with stocks & LPK installed.
Ideally you would not want to run a Pistol lower with a rifle upper to avoid any NFA headaches. The pistol stamped lowers are ideal for a pistol upper, to keep NFA laws straightforward with a short barreled upper.
You can however use the 22LR marked lowers for any caliber or configuration just like you can use 223 or "MULTI" cal lowers for any use. The rimfire designation is helpful in some states in which offer less restrictive magazine capacity and other silly laws for those building dedicated 22LR AR-15's.

That was my concern...thanks.
I went ahead and ordered with the LPK, even if I take it out the price with the discount is less than the full priced lower and still a great price on a billet lower.

They are a sweet deal. The finish on the lowers is really nice as well. A few of the guys at the shop have snatched a couple for personal builds
