As soon as I open the front or back door, it is meat. I can't tell you what kind. As for intertainment....... Me shooting those that steal from all my hard earned work...... The night shift is the most rewarding.....

My Menu
Pinto Beans slow cooked in the dutch oven. New Mexico red chili, home made tortillas. If I have a jar of ground beef or pork stew meat I'll add it to the beans. Regular Saturday night in the NM Rio Grande valley. Oh will need a beer or 6. The wife said when I cook you can smell it too far away. It will attract unwanted guests. There only unwanted if they don't have beer or bacon.

Well we would have fresh Salmon, White Tuna wasabi mayo, spicy sauce, cucumber, avocado and chopped jalapeño peppers rolled in soybean wrapper, topped with spicy Tuna, Unagi sauce, mango sauce, Tobiko and green onions. For entertainment we would take in a broadway musical.................wait.....what was the question?
