Default Flic My Bic!

Every once in a while, annually, I buy one of these five-packs. Last year's came with two Mini-Bics that are just so cute, neat, and great for a micro emergency belt pack! French, but Bics really are a superior product and these cost less than $5 still (K-Mart)...

Best thing since the wheel.................!

The only other thing I've done is set up a small "green house" and added to my compost pile..! Time to start to germinate.

I pulled the working 3-way refrigerator out of my RV and replaced it with a standard 120 volt refrig. Now I can run that off my solar(+ batteries) and run it for free for an extended time.

Recently added more solar panels to my system. With prices dropping for panels to well below $1/watt (solarblvd.com) I plan to get another 12-16 hundred watts. Even if my batteries die I can still produce power sufficient enough to keep a freezer and fridge running during the day and if they are in a well insulated environment they will remain cold enough overnight.

I've just hidden loaded fire arms around my house.
I'm not running.

Added some varmint control.

and

Just ran a "sprouting" test, I'd done some grains and several (kamut, hard red wheat, red lentils) worked well, barley did not, it started to ferment quickly! Now I know how they discovered beer!

I just ran a test on a mix of cold weather crop seeds (broccoli, cabbage, kale, lettuces), when the instructions say rinse twice daily they mean it, on day 4, I only rinsed once and on morning of day 5 they had started to grow fuzzy.

Tossed everything out, sterilized and will begin another test soon.

Varmint control:
