Just reading the article makes you think on what additional preparations you and even your neighbors need to make in a situation comes. The problem is most neighbors do not communicate at all, just the standard wave and/or hello.

The biggest issue, is trust. Trust is earned and not given away. It takes something like this to bring neighborhoods together to protect one another.

Holy Crap......something like this never even entered into my mind. Now, we need some way to determine where exactly we live. How far into the country is far enough?
