OH they'll get passed. If this Govt doesnt give a rats ass about the 4th, 5th and 6th amendments (NDAA) they DAMN sure dont give two squirts for the 1st....really brings into focus WHY they tried SO hard, for SO long, to destroy the 2nd!!
