Default solar dehydrator

Any ideas on how to make a solar dehydrator? I did a search on this forum but found no results. Looking for something K.I.S.S.

This is a pretty cool one. Simple and you can make it as large or small as you wish. Toss hinges on the legs and you can make it foldable and storable.

Push come to shove, screen door raised on blocks, food on screen, then another screen above it to keep bugs off.
