I don't foresee any issue falling asleep. If I spend a full day on high alert and working a garden or food gathering period, I'm sure I'll fall into whatever I'm sleeping in/on fast asleep...

Anyone that says " I just can't sleep when (fill in the blank)" has never been tired enough.

BTW, the ideal power nap is 20 minutes for most folks- DEEP REM for first 15, then you come back to the surface at 20. Sleep longer,you go deeper again.

For summer weather, I can sleep like a baby in a net hammock. For winter, popcorn at bedtime (carbohydrate loading) and a thin redhead. But I'll do most of my sleeping in the daytime- too busy at night.

Sadly, in a shtf situation, I'm one of the young'uns (21) but i'm also the one with the most "experience" for lack of a better term, s I'd probably be up all night either pullin' firewatch or finishing whatever else needs to be done. I'd sleep after everyone else was wide awake.

I can sleep about any place. But a nice MP3 player and some ear buds are my plan.

I have noticed the older I get the less sleep I get/need. My dad was running off 3-4 hours of sleep so he should do pretty good
