Only failure I ever had with the 500 was the very first time I shot one (also my first time shooting in general) when I went wimpy on the pump and it failed to eject/feed at the same time.

Not the guns fault though.

I found some surplus ammo for the wasr 10 on sportsmans guide, 1900 rounds for $200 shipped to my door. And picked up a sealed ammo tin of steel cased ammo for $150 with i believe 770 rounds from a local gun show for a storage supply. And 12ga im still looking for a good deal on shells for that. Ive been just buying a few boxes of buck shot and slugs from walmart everytime i go there. And bought some bird shot because it was on sale for 100 shells of #6 for $18 + tax.
I picked up 175 federal 00 buck shot for $100 from ammotogo.com check it out if you can have ammo delivered to your house

So many to choose from but I would have to say my AR in. 223 and my. 22 lr conversionkit would take care of my needsand be compact compared to carrying multiple guns and both types of ammo are readily available and most any household that has guns has a .22 lr
