What do YOU think would have to happen for there to be a revolution here in our country?

Could it be...
1. Our 2nd (or any other) amendment taken away?
2. A certain race or religion being incarcerated or interned?
3. One of the many conspiracies proven to be true and spread to the public?
4. Etc, etc.

I'm not asking if you think any of these things will happen..
I'm asking 'what do you think would have to happen for their to be any uprising?'

Or will America just sit back and let the tyranny kick in?

...just a fun thread for all the conspiracy theorists and doomsday preppers.

Nothing will happen! Because mainstream media (controlled by six corporations) will further their unawareness as to what is going on and who is behind what is going on. We've become what is lately, realistically common in our society: sheeples.

I'd argue that there are enough people that know about these group of corporations/central banks that run things...yes, most are sheep, but there are plenty that know what is actually going on.
You seem to be one of them

With the huge percentage of Americans that own firearms (and the power of the NRA), you think most will gladly hand them over and keep quiet, simply because we have food and entertainment?
It only takes 1% of the population to start a revolution...
No, I'm not advocating for one, nor do I see this happening in the near future, but I don't think it's impossible.
I just figured that every man stands for something. If food, porn and YouTube is good enough for you, then great!
Did you really just call out c3?

Best of luck winning that showdown, Scooter!!

Please reread.
I didn't call out anyone.

somebody, someday, will get a serious case of the ass about the tyrant's offenses, put a "can" on a concealable (taken down) autoloading rifle and take the fight to the bastards, at their HQ's, follow them home from work, etc. Perhaps enough others will join in, too. Waco proved that they are cowards, so it won't take much to make them back off.

Here's the #1 problem in a nutshell...

When only 30% of the eligble voters actually cast a ballot these things will continue to happen...

Armede revolt will only start if there is a breakdown in the welfare system, and those who choose not to work no longer get their freebies.

The rebellion will come from the left ,not the right. And the military will put it down in a couple of days.

I don't see a downside to this, other than the inevitable collateral damage. Oh, and it'll be just one more reason to try to do away with the second.

And I have to agree, to an extent. The leftists, and the freebie weenies, are the more vocal, violent, demanding, and have the greater sense of entitlement between the two wings, generally speaking.

Look how many injustices are suffered by some of us, the law abiding who simply want to live their lives as they see fit, quietly, as compared to the violent rabble rousing when even lesser injustices are suffered by the hand out community.

The military can't even start to MOVE in 2 days. :-) Seal Team Six bragged about being able to get in MOTION in 24 hours, ferchrissakes. A little 100 man, 24 hour on call outfit. They should have been able to put 20 men in motion in a few minutes, actually. But they can't.
