Sounds like that should be my diet slogan. I really believe that's my problem.
When I was a teen, the problem wasn't WHAT I ate, it was HOW MUCH I ate. Now it's reversed. I don't really eat much, but what I do eat should, in all actuality, make human beings ill. Red bull and deep fried crispitos for breakfast and such.
I may give this a try.
