I had toughed it up, ignored the gall bladder pains for over a year and a half and my gall bladder just fell to pieces. I required major clean up surgery and had an incision from my sternum to my lower right torso. Recovery was a year. After a year recovery, I added another year without exercising. 2 years that I havent gone running but it's time. I have a timed 1.5 mile run coming up, it's do or die and I'm the type who would die before I fail.

So I busted out my jams and finally got to it. We all know how music puts us in the zone when we need to get **** done. Well here is my dilema...

I want to update my playlists. I was born in 1975 and grew up in a very good music era. Some hardcore stuff out there. I want some new **** though... I need some feedback from some of you about songs that absolutely put you in the zone. I don't mean shower music. I am talking about music that makes you feel indestructible. I don't care what type, just give me the songs that do it for you. I mean really do it for you. I need some new music suggestions cuz I'm sure there is some other good and new stuff out there.

Here is what my playlist looks like so you have an idea:

Shot in the dark, Bark at moon - Ozzy
Welcome to the jungle - Guns and Roses
Secret prayer, War, Time, The bells of Lal (part 2) Joe Satriani
Master of puppets, For whom the bells tolls, Sad but true - Metallica
Bad horsie, The reaper, For the love of God - Steve Vai
Ball and biscuit - White Stripes
Fell of black days - Soundgarden
Jesus just left Chicago - ZZ Top
The battle of evermore - Led Zeppelin
Texas flood, Voodo chile - Stevie Ray Vaugn
Simple man - Shinedown
Kickstart my heart - Motley Crue
Rainbow in the dark - Dio
Natural science, Sprit of radio - Rush

What do you have???
Can't go wrong with the first god smack album

Volbeat.

They make me want to fight a silverback gorilla and bench the enterprise.
