You need a lot of canned goods because you can't always hunt you don't want to deplete the game population. And if you do store gas and diesel make sure you use a stabilizer for the fuel. And have a back up plan for your back up plan. If you can get steel plating for windows. And you can trap game as well. Two good books to read are patriots: a story of the coming collapse and survivors: the coming collapse by James Rawles. He gives a lot of details about things.

Canned goods eh...
Arch, you might try recommending other books if that's what you got out of them for preparedness IMO.

Did you even read the books hock it you were in the conversation it's about how to prepare and what the guy should get. and if you read the post it's about not over hunting an area you half to have other food besides game.

I couldn't count to 37 to get the things tomorrow that every supermarket has that I need to buy his book to get.
