Default Military MRE's
Does anyone know where to get a case of military MRE's for cheap off the internet (besides eBay)? How much for how many do you get?

Default Military MRES's
Hello all


RON L here = SERESURPLUS



You will have a hard time finding any quantity of Military MRE's, as they are restricted for sale! You might find a meal or two here or there, but cases, Good Luck as the other dude said! They are just not out there in an quantity!

A few years back I was looking into finding a way to get them for a business and you just won't be able to find the REAL ones. Best bet if you just need a few is to find a friend in the guard/reserves??

Default I just got a case from Ammoman
They were advertised as military over runs, without the US Government printing.
Otherwise they seem just like regular MRE's. They were $59 per case. I can't say whether there are any left, but try Ammoman.com. By the way, every price includes shipping on their site.

goodluck finding them for a decent price. surplus stores here sell the non issue ones..same crap..just not the dod printing.

I think I've seen them advertised in catalogs from places like,
http://www.uscav.com
http://www.cheaperthandirt.com

and place like them.

If you know anyone that works at the places where they are made, you can get them by the truck load, just factory seconds for cheap...
When they are packaged up, they are weighed, and if they don't weigh out (something left out), the government won't accept them... so they get sold out the back of the plant...

We have a plant about 50 miles from us, and I know a couple of people that work there...
(They are always trying to feed us that crap when we are down that way! Yuck!)

Just stay away from the omelet ones...If you make friends with someone in the military who is in supply they can get you some...

I got 4 cases from armygear.net. They have a special. 2 cases for $89.98 + S&H. I went ahead and got 4 cases. 48 MRE's for about $3.75-$4.00 per MRE. Good luck.
