I personally don't like Mosins, dont know why. Not that they aren't fine rifles, I just never really liked the look of 'em.
Couldn't get passed that.
Now a nice Mauser on the otherhand, is a thing a beauty.
I found myself rooting for the mauser in "Enemy at the Gates" for that reason  __________________

Bud's Gun shop has some 1911's that I have been considering. Would have to go with a bare bones sort of deal and build it up over time.
