DefaultJD's Bug Out Bag Bare Basics Contest

JD’s Bug Out Bag Bare Basics Contest Giveaway:

That’s right folks; it is once again that time of year. JD is trying to liven things up around here with a little contest.

Why?

Because I am tired of seeing 27 Introduction threads in the “New Posts” queue. Obviously some of you need a new thread to keep you busy.

So, here are the rules:

This thread will run for a certain amount of time. That amount of time is not known to anyone but me and one other Mod, to keep things fair. Whoever has the last post at the time the contest ends, will get the prize(s).

To post here, you only have to post a thought, fact or picture about a firearm, this is firearm’s TALK, OR about a forum member here. NO FLAMMING!

Anyone not playing by the rules gets banned from the contest.

What’s on the give away list JD???

Well, it’s going to be amended a bit over the time of the contest, but here is a start.

  • FTF Supporting Membership for One Year
  • Fire Starting Material(s)
  • Wilderness Survival Kit – Yeah, I used the “Kit” word, suck it. It’s my contest.
  • Other prizes to be added as I approach sponsors.
So, there you have it. The contest starts now. It runs for a predetermined amount of time. You post, you might win.....

JD

I have reached 500 flawless rounds downrange with my recent acquisition, a 21 year old Browning High Power.

I now own a 9 mike mike that I'm comfortable to use as an EDC.

If I was in a gun fight and I had an empy 1911 and a full Glock, I'd still take the 1911 and try and beat the other person to death.
