I kinda triggered a start on another thread on the forum wrt black swan event. Basically it's an event that comes totally out of left field, that should have been expected. All swans are white... until you see the black swan.

Some think the mortgage crises was a black swan... I disagree, it was way too obvious a problem. I would consider the attack on Pearl Harbor a black swan event.

The economic issues, are very deep and the true issue is not understood by most, I believe the govt will continue forcing the system to continue for awhile... maybe 12-18 months, so probably not the Black Swan event.

Think outside of the box, suddenly the internet is shut down and the govt starts going door to door collecting firearms in the name of eliminating terrorism. Can't happen right, look right down to New Orleans before Katrina. The alleged issue with the LDS in TN being ordered to turn over their customer lists. Yes, I've seen all of the info on that, there's apparently more to that story.

Does not have to necessarily be a perfect storm of multiple factors, I believe the Black Swan will unexpectedly come out of left field and will surprise almost everybody with the intensity.

The phrase "black swan" always reminds me of the 2nd plane on 9/11, remember the footage from the ground? This shiny aluminum (whatever) plane looks all black from that angle. Pretty unexpected.

Partdeux, thanks for the breakdown. I have not heard about the customer list of LDS. Are you talking about people who use there kitchens for food preservation? And where in tn. is their facility. I looked at one point but don't remember seeing one in tn.

Well you have NK and Iran both supposedly having nukes and ready to use them, maybe even pakistan. I think Iran will probably shoot first when provoked, followed by everybody else. I can see some middle eastern countries, india, and iran just being wiped off the map, then all hell will break loose.

check out oathkeepers... they originally posted the story and then retracted it, and then the conspiracy theorists have proof the original sourced was forced to retract the story... IDK

Yes just did all that. I went to post it on my fb wall and when I was about to type a comment I notice a prompt saying this is a false story. Funny thing that language was not on the website. Just when I was going to share the page.
