That's one hell of a good research post there Carnutt.

My wifes grandpa always said,"Nobody wants to drink that whiskey you made yesterday, they want the 8 year old stuff you made last week".

A dude that used to know would make it and then let blackberries soak in it. That was some good sippin' whiskey.

SO there is an extremely easy way to do it, thats the prison way.
Get a bag of hot water add sugar and a couple chopped up apples or whatever fruits you choose,( usually consists of oranges apples fruit cocktails and also ketchup and bread sometimes for yeast) tie of the bag and throw up somewhere to frement and heat up a little. (the inmates use under their bunks) let it sit for a couple days and bam you have what they call pruno.

NOTE: PRUNO IS KNOWN AS A "VOMIT FLAVORED WINE COOLER" AND WITH REPEATED INTAKE OF SUCH A ELEMENTARY ALCOHOL COULD LEAD TO DISEASES SUCH AS TB. SO USE THIS AS A LAST RESORT WHILE YOUR ON DEATH ROW OR FINISHING OUT YOUR 13 CONSECUTIVE LIFE SENTENCES WITH NO CHANCE OR PAROLE.

OR you can just go here and read up.
http://www.expats.org.uk/features/alcohol/whitelightning.html

you can also take rum or vodka fill it in a cooler and chop a bunch of your favorite fruit up and let sit for about 3 months and have a nice tasty alcohol that is great to drink "straight up." MAKE SURE TO KEEP A CONSISTENT ROOM TEMPERATURE.

Having worked in Saudi for a number of years, where booze is illegal, some expats were “forced” to make their own. There was a pamphlet (The Blue Flame) that made its way around the rugby circuit that was used to make some fine tasting booze, and if the directions were followed, you would not get a hangover. If you want to make some fine tasting Jack Daniels, soak your 190 in Jack Daniels smoking chips for a few days before cutting.

There is a web site that has posted the Contents of the Blue Flame pamphlet.

http://www.expats.org.uk/features/alcohol/theblueflame.html

This post is for educational purposes only. It is NOT legal in most if not all states to manufacture Ethel alcohol.

TB or tuberculosis can really only be caused by one of several strains of Mycobacterium.
