I would think he'd have to go into town for a kit & stove pipe, no?

Go into town??? Never heard of mail order???

Seriously, SOME pre-planning IS required. Called preparation.

My UPS guy is still not speaking to me after my last order for 8mm Mauser and 7.62X54R ammo.

He is just being spiteful- and I heard his hernia is getting much better!

Ugh, I'm happy during the winter if my car doesn't die... Or half our deer population for that matter.

Default Swamp gas.......

All i can think of is body heat, when the lights go out.... I kicked my wife out of bed when she wouldn't let me put on the AC.....she creates so much heat that we have to run two fans at night....

I've got to ask, how on earth did you end up in Maine!!!

Nothing against Main. I'm sure it's great if you grew up there and didn't know any different. But to leave Charleston for Maine!!! I hope you've got a real good story because it's sounding like you've got problems that college just can't fix.

College IS my problem! I was born and raised in Hawaii, on Oahu, then moved to Charleston at 15, and fell in love with the place. Then I decided to go back to college, which is in Maine. Oh well, only one more semester, one more winter...

Here is a liddle North Shore- Haleiwa, just beyond Matsumoto's Grocery (best Shave Ice in Hawai'i) and a little Amy Gillom..

Ha! Shooter! Matsumotos is the best! Always get the red bean. Somehow I managed to find another student in my class from Lanai, and we're roommates. There's actually a sushi place in Maine we found that has mochi icecream. There was a Hawaiian place that served moco loco, but it closed down last year. Oh yeah, I'd like to add, I got him into shooting, now he owns a beretta, a kimber, a m-14 a RRA .223, and some hunting rifles. Also joined the NRA. Maine really does have a gun friendly culture though. We can even keep guns on campus, and we have an indoor range at the school.
