"Go-Go Girls of the Apocalypse"
That really is the title of a book written by Victor Gischler. I just finished it and it was different and interesting. It will never be a classic, but it's a good read. Just an FYI.

Just read "World War Z" about the zombie apocalypse and it's also a very good read. Great to hear of another potential good read. I'll get it and give it a go.
Thanks for the recommendation.

The most realistic book I've read is "One Second After" by Wm. Forstchen. It's definitely worth reading.

I read One Second After the summer before last. Scared me into some real thought about preparation.

I finished "The Illuminati" a couple of months ago. Written by Larry Burkett.
A hard read at first, difficult for me to get interested, but after the first half things move faster. Story about puppetry at world wide level to get control of everyone. Not so much a teotwawki book, but thought provoking.

Thanks for the tip.

I just started a thread for folks to post their favorite apocalypse/doomsday/preparation books. Please add your input.
