Okay so it took 10 gallons to fill up, we have gone 330 miles. 33 mpg, that's fantastic, my Toyota truck gets like 15.
Oh and I was wrong gas is 3.50 a gallon.

It has remained the same here in SE Florida for the past few months at $3.65 to $3.79 a gallon for regular. This time in 2009 it was around a $1.65 a gallon, a bushel of corn was $6.00 now it hovers around $18 and a loaf of bread was $1.50 now it is $2.97. Are you better off? Only if your salary has increased by at least 40%. Ask one of the more than 23,000,000 (23 million) people who are unemployed or under employed if they are better off.

The big difference is state fuel and sales taxes.
