The issue isn't storage as much as it is spoilage. You will have to rotate this stockpile to keep it viable, which means you will have to have access to the oldest stuff first.
I'm thinking freeze dried, MRE type meals, Dried Peas, Grains, Beans, Rice, and anything I can vacuum pack in Food Saver bags to maintain flavor and extend shelf life. __________________ Molon Labe!
