They meet FDA veterinary guidelines which are different from FDA human guidelines.
I can guarantee that goldfish tetracycline isn't the same tetracycline that your doctor would prescribe you.
I can also guarantee you though that goldfish tetracycline will help prevent gangrene in the same manner that human tetracycline will.
