Sounds great.
Military planners are now in the process of shifting strategic interests from the asymetrical warfare of the past decade to future engagement against China. EMP doesn't work against dudes who are supplied by mules, communicate by runner and live in caves, but it should work nicely against the PRC's enormous infrastructure. It also fits in well with the tactics envisioned for conflict with the PRC, cyberwarfare and many small units with targeting capabilities conducting swarm attacks from all sides.

And if the computers being down doesn't stop them, the cancer will get them in 10 years.

I don't think it would have that much of an effect against the rest of the world, or rather non western nations?
Now they would totally take us out, and I'm sure we're not the only ones with them!

When a nuclear weapon goes off it does the same thing. Aorta if somebody was to launch and detonate a mule in the atmosphere it would afectivly blanket the target in darkness. Everyday things we take for granted would be useless. And things like red dot sights would be obsolete because they would be useless

This is nothing new. The theory is that one, one megaton hydrogen bomb, exploded at some great height over the center of the nation would destroy all unprotected electronics. So we could just use what we have and save all of the R&D. We must have thousands of those things hanging around in some dump that the Russians don't know about.
I can see where such a missle would cause havoc with our Army, but what I want to know is how much good that would do when fighting a meideval society living in caves, driving donkeys and shooting at us with obsolete WWII rifles and ammo made in the 40s.
