I've actually pondered this one before...our Constitution preserves the right...and DUTY to overthrow the government when it does not provide for the needs of the people...but the government has made it Illegal and nearly impossible to do so...

Yes, and all supported by and propped up by our own CIA for many years. This is what Ron Paul has been railing about when he talks about "blowback". It is real and it has been a direct cause of most of our foreign policy nightmares, not to mention what happened on 9/11.

The way I see it, they haven't made it illegal, because the laws they passed to do so were illegal in themselves.
