It looks like accesory cord we use in rope rescue. Hard to tell the size, I can't make out what it is attached to. Try rescueresponsegear.com or
rocknrescue.com. It comes in sizes from about the size of paracord to up to I think 3/8 to 1/2".

Sterling has camo cord. http://www.sterlingrope.com/products/155034

I have several hundred feet of that. I can't remember where I got it, but I am sure it was at a chain store of some kind. Sporting goods section or camping section. Exact same pattern and weave. I mostly use it for tree stand rope for hoisting weapons and gear. I gave a couple of hundy yards to a friend and he uses it for his game hanging pulley and gambrel. I like it because the colors help with break up. I use some of it on one of my packs as well.

It kinda reminds me of a Gaboon viper. If you can ever remember were you found it, let me know. Thanks anyway.
