See # 94 on the list. I have already started stocking up on liquor and a few of the other articles.

I'm not sure who to hit up about this, but shouldn't something as important as this be stickied? This is THE list that everyone should check against their household goods to make sure they are stocked up and have supplies to trade and barter with.
During the Sarajevo Civil War, toilet paper was tradeable at over $20 per roll. Of course, it'd have to be something pretty good to trade away my personal supply of Charmin! Maybe we need a "private" supply and a trading supply...

But in Political Society ... if I attempt to avenge myself, the whole Force of that Society is ready to complete my Ruin."

This is one helluva list. Very good! Not all necessary but thought provoking and entertaining to say the least.
I copied it to a Word document for reconsideration.

After going through that list I'm having trouble with the rational behind parts of it. The list seems pretty good as far as what it is which is the "100 items to go first", but I wouldn't necessarily use it as a list for items needed for prepping. The majority of the items seem to be for a short term disaster such as the generator. TEOW stuff would require a very different list. And the list would be over kill if you were using it to stock up on items for a short term disaster. So while the list seems pretty accurate, I'm not sure about its value?

You may consider whole grains like wheat etc... instead of flower. Whole grains are much better for you and keep for years. The flower from the grocery store has all the nutrients bleached out, not good if you're surviving on.

Wheat and oats. The "rolled oats" that you feed the horse and buy in 100 ;lb bags is the same rolled oats you get in a Quaker Oats box for 25X the price.
Dried beans, brown rice and corn as well. They keep forever if properly stored, and provide good nutrition.
If no meat is available, corn meal and boiled pinto or red beans eaten together make up a complete protein. Same for black beans and brown rice.
Don't forget rechargeable batteries and a solar charger either.
