Amen, brother, amen...

Any jack asses that **** with me and my family have the choice of .224
or .308 diameter holes; good chance they will get both, and just in case
they get close the options become .358 or .452...

You're going to worry yourself to death! You make some highly suspect conclusions. Sounds to me like you're awfulizing. Enjoy today, you can't predict tomorrow - you may not even be here to enjoy it. Nobody, but nobody is promised the next heartbeat much less tomorrow.

Let me just say that the @$$-hats on TV portraying "real Amish" would be shunned by the entire community, that I live near and interact with, if any of their TV BS came to light!

I can't find the original forum posts, but the original author apparently created a site. It was some pretty eye opening reading

You know, I'm dying of curiosity about that. Honestly, I'm surprised the Amish community isn't having a fit over those shows. Pretty much ALL of it goes against their beliefs. We have actually vacationed in the Lancaster Penn. area, and interacted with them a little. Very nice people.
Having said that, for some reason, I find the Amish Mafia show interesting. I'm ashamed.

In the end game the Amish would not last very long. They refuse to take up arms to defend their lives and families. And one horse buggies can not out run diesel powered tanks.
