I've never had a problem with that ammo. One of my hunting parteners will shoot nothing but. Personally, I prefer the Federal line for my big game hunting.
I shoot it and have been shooting it for years. It's worked for me every time. You don't really need anything fancy for deer. I shoot 130gr in my .270 and have never had a deer run more than 10 or 15 yards.
